1. Overview
At Ronin Management™, we deliver professional consultancy, audits, and implementation services in AI Search and Large Language Model Optimization (LLMO).
Because our work involves custom strategy, data analysis, and proprietary deliverables, refunds are not typically provided once services have begun.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following limited circumstances:

The service has not yet commenced, and cancellation is requested within 72 hours of payment.

Duplicate payments made in error.

Exceptional cases of service non-delivery due to internal fault (to be reviewed individually).
In all cases, refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@roninmgmt.com within 7 business days of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once initiated:

AI Visibility & Sentiment Audits (Ronin™)

Authority & Content Build Programs (Daimyo™)

Ongoing PR or AI Reputation Management (Shogun™)

Any customized strategy, research, or deliverable already in progress
This includes digital reports, audit decks, and any intellectual property developed under your account.
4. Deposits and Prepaid Programs
Deposits or partial payments made to secure project slots are non-refundable but may be credited toward future work within 6 months of payment, at our discretion.
5. Client Responsibilities
As our consultancy relies on collaboration and access to accurate client data, failure to provide necessary inputs or delays in communication may affect delivery timelines.
Such issues do not qualify for refunds.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact support@roninmgmt.com with your invoice number and explanation.
All refund requests will be reviewed by our management team within 10 business days.
We aim to resolve any disputes amicably and maintain a transparent working relationship.
7. Changes to This Policy
Ronin Management™ reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. All updates will be reflected on this page.
