Why does it say "From" on most of the packages?
Because AI Search Optimisation isn't a commodity service, the work required to move the needle varies significantly between a low-DR SME in a niche category and a high-authority brand competing in a saturated vertical. The headline prices reflect the minimum scope for that package. Where competition is higher, domain authority is stronger, or the topic landscape is more crowded, we scope more content, more citations, and more page upgrades to actually deliver results. You always get an exact, fixed price before you commit, confirmed after the free 20-minute strategy call. No retainer creep. No surprise invoices. Discover is the only package that's flat-priced because the scope is fixed.
Why is Foundation more expensive than other Singapore SEO agencies?
It's higher than entry-level PSG SEO ($800-1,500/mo) but in line with mid-tier and below specialist GEO retainers globally ($3,000-7,000+/mo). The difference: Foundation includes high-authority citation building, something PSG vendors are explicitly excluded from delivering. You're not paying more for the same SEO; you're paying for SEO plus the citation work that compounds across both Google and AI platforms.
Can I claim PSG funding on any of this?
Not yet, and we're being upfront about that. AI Search Optimisation is a new category that the IMDA has not added to the Productivity Solutions Grant, which currently covers SEO, SEM and social media through pre-approved vendors. We're in the process of applying for IMDA Pre-Approved status under the GenAI Navigator programme, with Discover (SGD $549) as the pre-scoped solution. Once approved, eligible Singapore SMEs will be able to claim up to 50% offset on that package. Authority and Command sit outside PSG scope by design.
Should I start with Discover or go straight to a monthly package?
Most clients start with Discover. It's a one-off audit and setup, fixed scope, fixed price, delivered in 14 days. It's the cleanest way to see what AI is actually saying about your business before committing to ongoing work. Once Discover is delivered, Foundation, Authority, and Command are the three ongoing tiers you can choose from based on your category competition and ambition. There's no obligation to continue, but most clients do once they've seen the audit findings.
What's the difference between Foundation, Authority, and Command?
All three are monthly ongoing services. Foundation ($2,997/mo) is the SEO substrate, technical work, content, and citation building that runs alongside or replaces a traditional SEO retainer. Authority ($4,997/mo) adds AI-focused page work, more expert content, and active entity reinforcement, the middle tier where most ambitious SMEs sit. Command ($9,997/mo) is the full-service tier for businesses competing in saturated categories where visibility decays fastest. You can move between tiers as you scale, with one month's notice.
What's your contract structure?
Discover is a one-off engagement with no ongoing commitment, pay, get delivered in 14 days, done. The three monthly packages have minimum terms: Foundation 6 months, Authority 3 months, Command 6 months. After the minimum, all monthly packages run month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel or change tier. All invoices are Singapore-issued, GST-compliant, payable in SGD.
What happens if AI doesn't start recommending me?
We don't guarantee outcomes, anyone who does in this category is either lying or hasn't been doing it long enough to know better. What we do guarantee: every deliverable in every package, on time, to spec. If we don't deliver what's scoped, we either re-do it or refund the difference. Our case studies are real and verifiable, we'd rather you check them before signing than promise outcomes we can't control.
