All fees are due in SGD or USD as stated at checkout or on your invoice. Payment confirms agreement to these Terms of Use, our Service Terms and our Refund Policy. Late or failed payments may pause work until settled.
We treat all client materials as confidential. Data and strategy documents shared with us are used solely for project purposes and are not disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law. We never name clients or publish their results without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ronin Management Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or business opportunity, arising from the use of our services or site. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
