Refund Policy

1. Overview

Ronin Management™ provides consultancy, audits and implementation services in AI search and large language model optimisation. Because our work involves custom strategy, analysis and deliverables made for your business, refunds are not normally given once work has started.

2. When we refund

Refunds may be considered only in these cases:

• The service hasn't started, and you ask in writing within 72 hours of payment.
• You paid twice by mistake. We'll refund the duplicate payment as soon as it's spotted.
• ChatGPT Ads Launch: full refund if OpenAI declines your business verification.
• We fail to deliver a scoped deliverable. We'll redo it or refund the difference.

3. Non-refundable once started

• One-off audits (Discover and the AI Visibility Audit for Retailers)
• Monthly plans (Foundation, Authority and Command), for any month already started
• ChatGPT Ads setup, once work has started (except as set out in section 2)
• Any custom strategy, research or deliverable already in progress, including reports, audit decks and other work produced for your business

4. Monthly plans

Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum term from your first payment. After that, they run month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' written notice. Cancelling stops future payments. It does not refund months already started.

5. Client responsibilities

Our work relies on access to accurate information from you. If you don't provide the inputs or access we need, or you're slow to respond, delivery times will be affected. This does not qualify for a refund.

6. Resolving disputes

If you believe you're entitled to a refund, email [email protected] with your payment or invoice reference and an explanation. We'll review every request within 10 business days and aim to resolve things fairly and openly.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have by law that can't be excluded.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes apply to purchases made after the update.
