Service Terms

Service Terms

Audits, monthly plans and ChatGPT Ads · Last updated: 19 October 2026

The short version

  • You pay upfront: once for audits, monthly in advance for plans. Work starts once we have your onboarding form and the access we need.
  • You get the deliverables listed on the page or proposal you bought from.
  • We don't guarantee rankings, AI mentions, traffic or sales. Nobody honestly can.
  • Refunds follow our Refund Policy. In short, you can cancel within 72 hours if work hasn't started.
  • We never name you or use your results publicly without your written permission.

The full terms below are what apply.

1. Who we are

Ronin Management Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202538540R), 114 Lavender Street, #11-88, CT Hub 2, Singapore 338729. Email: [email protected]. "We", "us" and "Ronin" mean Ronin Management Pte. Ltd. "You" means the business buying the service.

2. What these terms cover

  1. These Service Terms apply to:
    • One-off audits: the Discover audit (also sold as the AI Recommendation Audit and the Traffic Recovery Audit) and the AI Visibility Audit for Retailers;
    • Monthly plans: Foundation, Authority and Command; and
    • ChatGPT Ads setup and management.
  2. You also sign a short agreement when you buy. Where that signed agreement, or a written proposal for a custom project, says something different from these terms, the signed agreement or proposal applies.
  3. Our website Terms of Use and Refund Policy also apply. If they conflict with these Service Terms on a paid engagement, these Service Terms apply.

3. Agreeing to these terms

You agree to these terms when you tick the terms box at checkout, pay an invoice that refers to them, or sign a proposal that refers to them. The version shown on this page when you pay is the one that applies to your purchase.

4. Price and payment

  1. The price is the one shown at checkout or on your invoice, in the currency shown there.
  2. Audits and setup fees are paid in full, upfront. Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance, with a 3-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days' notice to cancel or change tier. We start work only once payment has cleared.
  3. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card details.

5. What you get

  1. You get the deliverables listed on the product page or proposal at the time you bought. We'll keep a copy of that page or proposal with your order.
  2. Anything not on that list is extra work, which we'll quote for separately before doing it.
  3. Audit credit: if you start a monthly plan within 30 days of your audit being delivered, we'll credit the audit fee against your first monthly payment. The credit can't be exchanged for cash.

6. Starting and delivery times

  1. Work starts once we have (a) your payment, (b) your completed onboarding form, and (c) the access we need.
  2. Delivery times (for example "delivered in 14 days") are counted from the date all three are in place.
  3. If we're waiting on you for access, information or feedback, the delivery date moves by the same amount of time. Delays caused this way don't entitle you to a refund.

7. Access and changes to your website

  1. Please give us access by inviting [email protected] as a user. Please don't send passwords.
  2. You authorise us to create and edit the technical items your service includes, such as schema markup, llms.txt files, metadata and the agreed page rewrites. We won't make other changes without asking you first.
  3. You're responsible for your own hosting, backups, website security and the stability of your website platform. We recommend taking a backup before we start.
  4. You can remove our access at any time. We'll tell you if that stops us finishing the work.

8. Your responsibilities

  1. Give us accurate information about your business, and reply to questions and review drafts within a reasonable time.
  2. Make sure the content and materials you give us are yours to use, and that the claims about your business are true.
  3. Our work is marketing and technical consulting. It isn't legal, financial, tax or immigration advice, and you remain responsible for what your business publishes.

9. No guarantees

  1. We don't guarantee any particular ranking, traffic level, AI mention or citation, Knowledge Graph result, enquiry, revenue or sale.
  2. Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Meta and other platforms change their systems often, and those changes can affect results. We aren't responsible for them.
  3. Results described on our website are past results for specific businesses. They don't predict yours.

10. Cancellations and refunds

  1. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. In short:
    • If work hasn't started and you ask in writing within 72 hours of paying, we'll refund you.
    • If you paid twice by mistake, we refund the duplicate payment as soon as it's spotted.
    • ChatGPT Ads Launch: full refund if OpenAI declines your business verification.
    • Monthly plans: each month's fee is non-refundable once that month's work has started.
    • Once work has started, the fee is non-refundable.
  2. To cancel, email [email protected], quoting your payment or invoice reference.
  3. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that can't be excluded.

11. Who owns what

  1. Once you've paid in full, the client-specific deliverables we make for you (your audit deck, page rewrites, schema and llms.txt files) are yours to use as you wish.
  2. Our methods, templates, frameworks, tools and know-how stay ours, including where they're used to produce your deliverables.

12. Confidentiality and your data

  1. We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver your service. We don't share it with anyone except where you agree or the law requires.
  2. We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act and our Privacy Policy.
  3. We never name you, quote you or publish your results as a case study without your written permission.

13. Liability

  1. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue, data or opportunities.
  2. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service the claim relates to.
  3. You agree to cover our reasonable losses arising from claims about content, data or access you provided to us.
  4. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the update, not to work you've already paid for.

15. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Singapore. We'd always rather sort things out by talking first, so please email us.
