Who owns the ad account?
You do, permanently. OpenAI does not let an agency create an advertiser account for a client. Your business signs up, verifies, then adds our email as a user. If you leave, the account, the history and the pixel stay with you.
What do you need to get started?
A US entity with an EIN for verification, Shopify admin access for the pixel, and about forty minutes of founder time in week one. Approval usually takes a couple of days.
How good is the reporting?
Thinner than Meta. Reporting is aggregated with no conversation-level view, so you cannot see the exact question that triggered your ad. You get clicks, spend and pixel-attributed conversions. We say this before you spend, not after.
